We often carry the trauma and unprocessed emotions of at least seven generations. Pain, struggle and inherited patterns can be passed down through your lineage, imprinted within your energetic and cellular memory.
These burdens can show up as physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm or repeating life cycles that feel beyond your control. But you are not bound by them. You have the power to transmute these energies - freeing yourself, and the generations to come.

If you’re carrying trauma or stagnant energy in your body, a multi-modality approach can be incredibly supportive. Using Reiki to shift dense energy, combined with fascia release, helps free the spine more quickly.
When the coccyx (tailbone) is tucked under, the body stays in fight-or-flight mode 24/7. No matter what you do, you can’t fully relax.
Many women don’t realise —or have forgotten— that they once fell on their tailbone and have been carrying this issue ever since. But the symptoms are there.
I’ve had clients release their tailbone tension, often within just one or two sessions, using a blend of Crystal Healing, Reiki Therapy, Fascia Release and Spinal Flow. Once this tension softens, their bodies finally relax, and there is such a sense of relief.
